Cheshire Baby Massage run classes in Altrincham, Hale, Chester, Norley, Frodsham, Kingsley, Tarporley, Northwich and other areas in Cheshire. We're here to provide friendly, relaxing and informal baby massage classes to benefit babies, Mums and Dads. Baby massage is suitable for babies from birth until crawling and the main aim of our classes is to give you the confidence you need so you can massage your baby at home.
Cheshire Baby Massage run 5 week group courses with each session lasting up to an hour and a half. Private one to one classes are also available.
All our classes are baby led and we want to ensure massage is a positive experience for your baby. This means that if your baby needs to be fed, or changed, you can feed in the class or change if necessary. If your little one isn’t in the mood for massage or is asleep, it’s no problem, you can sit back, relax and watch the practical demonstrations or practice on one of our demonstration dolls. Or you can just sit, cuddle your baby and watch.
It isn’t all about the babies either. Our classes are just as much about providing relaxation and support for Mums and Dads so there is plenty of time for discussion and opportunity for Mums to get to know each other.
